Beginning her journey in a consultancy position, she has demonstrated remarkable dedication and determination over the years. Hayley's role involves managing all operational aspects of the business daily while pursuing her Transport Manager CPC qualification. She excels in fostering relationships, embodying our company's energetic and personable ethos.

Tom, as the co-founder of Rapid Time Recruit, serves as both the Transport Manager and Operations Director. With a deep understanding of the industry and firsthand knowledge of our drivers as he holds his HGV entitlement, Tom approaches the business with an entrepreneurial and empathetic mindset. Boasting over 12 years of expertise in logistics and recruitment, his dedication to outstanding service and drive for industry advancement have been instrumental in the substantial growth of the company.
